WHAT is a factor?
To answer this question, I would ask: What helped you decide what you did? What makes you tick? Why do you act that way? The answer to those questions and any other like it becomes the factor. In other words factors are simply "excuses", "reasons", "attitudes", or "motivations" that cause us to do what we do, think what we think, and etc. (i.e. I choose not to go into that dark abandoned and rundown house because of the GutFactor.)
